Before entering the field of Real Estate, Erika worked for several insurance companies as an underwriter handing all computer work. Further, she consulted with one major company managing a staff of 7 employees. Erika worked beside her mother, Diane Kauzlarich, during her Senior year of high school, and the year to follow, which lead to Erika becoming an associate in 1996. Erika first started out working side by side with Diane as a listing coordinator and buyers agent. Upon Erika’s sister Kathy Salisbury entering the team in 1999, Erika decided to become the transaction coordinator for the team. Erika assisted in the closing of over 150 transactions a year. Erika has been a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley for 29 years which has allowed her to have a full understanding of the communities in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Mindy moved to the Santa Clarita Valley from Seattle, WA in 1999. While obtaining her business degree she worked as a manager for a local Italian restaurant. This position allowed her to learn many aspects of customer service as well as marketing and proper ways to execute procedures.

Once finishing college she accepted an offer at the Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centre as a director. She was responsible and accountable for the business activity, strategic direction and profitability of her centre.

After learning all the different facets of how to run a business, Mindy decided to take her skills into the Real Estate Industry. With a passion not only for helping people, but also for becoming a part of this ever-growing industry, Mindy went back to school and obtained her Real Estate License. Mindy’s background in business and now with experience coordinating real estate transactions, she looks forward to many years of successful customer satisfaction.
